A fine 1:8 large-scale collector’s model of the Ferrari 312T4 as raced to the Championship in 1979 by Gilles Villeneuve and Jody Scheckter.
Ferrari’s legendary pairing, Jody Scheckter and Gilles Villeneuve drove the 312 T4s to both of the world titles. Scheckter won three races and assiduously collected all the points he could to secure the championship. Villeneuve also scored three wins and drove in a manner that established a daredevil driver image that endures to this day.
This model has been hand-crafted utilising Amalgam's own CAD data created by scanning the original car in every detail. The resulting prototype has undergone strict scrutiny by Ferrari to ensure complete accuracy. This model is also available in a Jody Scheckter version.
The 312t4 has taken approximately 2500 hours to develop and each model has taken around 220 hours to hand-craft.
Measures 60cmL and comes beautifully packaged in an Amalgam Collection box - complete with certificate of authenticity.
