This model W196 monoposto car replicates the significant vehicle driven to victory by Stirling Moss at the 1955 British Grand Prix and is the perfect collector’s item.
The 1954 and 1955 car was also driven by Juan Manuel Fangio and won a total of nine races out of the 12 that were held during the season, including Moss’ at Aintree, which was the new British circuit. It marked Moss's first Grand Prix win.
This scale model has been crafted by the Amalgam Collection, using digital scanning of the original F1 car to recreate each defining detail. The model has also been inspected by engineers and designers to make sure the model is accurate and true to the original.
